很好很滿意，下次度假再來

這次三天兩晚的體驗非常滿意，專程從上海飛來成都本來是想避世休養幾天，沒想到行程被安排得滿滿當當，團扇、植物拓印、點茶、品茶、拉胚、頌缽、冥想、漢服拍照、採摘等等都體驗了一圈，一點時間沒虛度，體驗感拉滿。房間設計很有特色，酒店的圖書館非常驚艷，裏面有很多藏書和孤本，是本沒文化人都被震撼的程度。酒店獨佔一片山頭，園林景觀也體現了很多巧思，各種植物、花和果樹交錯，在山間小道散散步，景色怡人，去看看田園採摘，也很有鄉村生活氣息。服務非常好，從接我們到酒店開始就從各個細節體現出瞭如沐春風的服務態度。個人覺得好的服務不用你去提要求，他們就已經把事情做在前面了。比如説，提到園裡種的菜還有池塘裏養的魚，直接下一頓就出現在餐桌上了，魚和園裡的菜都好好吃。比如説，我們想在園裡逛逛，餐廳的小姐姐二話不説拿着籃子和剪刀就帶我們去摘檸檬和柚子了，摘完回來立馬給我們泡了檸檬水和柚子，離店時候還摘了幾個檸檬讓我們帶回家。還比如，幫我漢服拍照的小姐姐一路幫忙找拍攝角度，中間還穿插了下午茶品茶和點茶體驗，不慌不忙拍了一下午（當然，主打一個體驗，別跟專業攝影師比，哈哈）也聊了很多酒店老闆的設計和運營理念等，總之就是很愉快。最後，為了春天滿山的櫻桃，我們一定會再來的，哈哈哈

Warm and thoughtful service and excellent hardware facilities

The hotel is located in the forest. It is cool and quiet in the morning and evening. The hotel service is excellent and the decoration is very attentive. It is suitable for family trips and friends gatherings. Recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I thought the reviews of the hotel were all good, so I wanted to try this hotel with a ceiling price in Chengdu. When I saw it in person, the waterscape of the garden was indeed very good, as well as a library and a private cinema. I saw that it was expensive. It was designed with great care, but the hardware and services fell apart. The day before check-in, the waiter called me and asked me when I would arrive at Shiyue Hotel tomorrow. I asked her two questions out of nowhere: "Who are you? Who are you?"... Come on After checking in at the hotel, the waiter asked me to ask the boss for an answer when it came to extending my stay. However, I waited all afternoon with no reply. She didn’t tell me the answer until after dinner... We were hungry in the afternoon and wanted to order something. Afternoon tea, I was told that the afternoon tea could not be provided because it was not reserved in advance. However, no one told me from the beginning to the end that I needed to make a reservation for the afternoon tea, otherwise I would have made a reservation. Let’s talk about dinner again. Dinner is free. The ingredients are very good and fresh. The restaurant environment and service are great, but the portion is too small. One plate is enough for two bites. We finished two bites and waited ten minutes for another two bites. Wait another ten minutes and take two more bites. This rhythm is a bit anxious. After dinner we took a couple of walks outside and then went back to the room to take a bath. Who knew that a strange thing would happen? The water we put out was always very hot. I couldn't soak it immediately after putting out the water. So I asked the housekeeper where the cold water faucet was. The housekeeper said that you have to wait for the water to cool down before you can soak, but the waiter can bring water in a bucket from outside and give it to us, my God! There is also this operation! I was really speechless. I couldn’t bear to go through all the trouble of asking others to pick up a few buckets of water for us, so I just waited for the water to cool down. Who knew that by 11:30, the water was still not cool enough for a bath, so I decided to do this program on bathing. Forget about the bath, my husband and I had to settle for the next best thing, forget about taking a shower. Who knew that the water from the shower head would only get a little warm after 5 minutes. If you want to reach the temperature suitable for showering, you must leave the water for at least 10 minutes. We feel about this Very disappointed. How could a high-end hotel make such a low-level mistake? I believe I am definitely not the first guest to ask this question. Who has so much patience? If you want to take a bath in the morning, you have to get up in the middle of the night to drain it? But the hotel never improves! Having problems is not scary, what is scary is the attitude of letting the problems exist and not changing them! I will never go to this hotel again, and I will also tell my friends not to come to this hotel. After all, is it worth the thousands of room charges?
