We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Chengdu. The experience was incredibly comfortable, and the management was well-organized. The staff were sweet, friendly, and always helpful. The cozy environment made us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, and all daily necessities were provided. We’ll definitely book this hotel again when we return to Chengdu!

Staff are damn super nice really recommend this hotel . If you don’t know anything you can go counter ask them and if you don’t have didi apps they can help us to book taxi and of course need to pay them back 😂 Definitely will come back to this hotel

The hotel was simply fantastic! Amazing staff who gave us a lot of tips and recommendations and made us feel at home. Everything was modern, cosy and beautiful both in the hall and the rooms. Furthermore, we really loved the convenient position, close to the street markets and main attractions. Also the breakfast was very very good, and the free laundry service was extremely useful after different days travelling around. Really a super stay!

The hotel staff is really good at service. This hotel kinda made my trip more happy. If have a chance to come back Chengdu I will book this hotel again 💖

Very nice and cozy hotel. Hotel provide welcome drinks and supper daily. Everyday hotel staff refill our room snacks and amenities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay with the hotel. Will come back again in future. Keep it up!!!

Wanted to experience a local feel of Chengdu city and this hotel is one that does. Located in an inner road about 10 mins walk to KuaiZai alley, a local residential area. There is a school down the road and expect traffic during morning and evenings. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room is clean and new. I experienced some noise at my first room and requested to change, staff was very helpful and I managed to changed to a room I am very pleased with. There are porridge and sweet soup every night for supper that is lovely. Generally I am pleased with the stay.

Everyday room also got free snack and bottled water. Every night also got free dessert to drink. Staff also very friendly and nice. Next time will come back again.

Good location. 5 mins walk to majority of the attraction spots. 5mins to metro station. Very convenient and helpful front desk

2nd stay! Still as good as previous stay. Is not 5 star hotel but provide 5 star service. Thumb up and will back for 3rd stay for sure!

We played a mini game while waiting for check in and were given a gift after we completed the game, we were happy like kids lol. I have seen reviews mentioning the poor soundproof issue in the room, indeed i could hear noise from the corridor in the room but it's tolerable to me. The service and atitude of all the hotel staff, including receptionists, cleaners and waiters, deserve 5-star rating! They r the most friendly and helpful hotel staff i have ever met. On our day 2 staying in the hotel, the hotel left us a handwritten welcome note in the room! When I told the receptionist the washing machines were all taken and I have to stay up late for my turn to use the washing machine, she said I can actually leave my dirty clothes in the laundry room and the night shift staff will operate the laundry service for us. For this, i have decided to come back to this hotel the next time I visit to chengdu! So we will definitely meet u again Nostalgia Hotel! Pls maintain ur good standards!

Very clean & cosy room, yummy breakfast & heartwarming staff ... Walking distance to 宽窄巷子.

Walking distance to KuanZhai Alley, Peoples Park, Shufeng Yayun, and very close to ChunXi road can walk or take mrt. Staffs are really friendly, polite and helpful. Light supper provided daily.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was enjoyable and fantastic. Hotel is about 10mins walk from metro station which is on line 2 and accessible to major malls and attractions. Room is clean and new but slightly small. Staff at reception are helpful and polite. Will definitely stay again when we back to chengdu.
