年紀大的兩位長者出行，説實話我蠻擔心的，感謝酒店的照顧，讓兩位長者非常滿意，吃好睡好~~ 房間乾淨舒適無異味關鍵又很明亮，真的很棒。

櫃檯服務非常棒👍所有的問題都非常耐心且快速的回答，很感謝您們的協助。加入會員後，會送兩張早餐卷，早餐很美味，選擇多樣，每樣都很好吃。 3人房：我們第一晚住的約24平方公尺，對我們來說有些小，因為我們帶了三個大行李箱，不過浴室很大。後來第二晚我們換了約30平方公尺的房間就更舒適許多，謝謝🙏 飯店有提供很多水、餅乾，以及樓下會有飲料或是晚上有宵夜可以自己盛裝吃。 飯店有智能機器人可以幫忙送上來外賣，非常有趣，是很新奇的體驗。（謹附上可愛機器人的照片） 第二天一早要參加活動很早就得離開，飯店還準備了打包的食物讓我們帶走，很貼心！ 所有方面都很棒，但唯一有個小缺點覺得可惜的地方是：大廳、電梯及飯店內明明禁止抽菸，但是仍是有許多客人直接抽菸，但飯店人員卻沒有去管理，至少就有兩次讓我們覺得很不舒服： 1. 在詢問櫃台時，一位客人就在大廳區抽起菸來，我當時是背對著，飯店人員是正面看這的，但飯店人員未做任何的反應。 2. 後來有一位服務人員進電梯，那位客人也叼著菸進了電梯，服務人員完全沒有做任何表示。 服務人員一切都很好，就是覺得這方面需要加強，我們是客人，沒能有權利和義務去管到其他客人，希望飯店可以加強這方面，既然那裡不能抽菸，就應該告知警告所有客人請勿吸菸，也尊重其他客人的權益。

I tried the eight-treasure porridge and seasonal vegetable and lean meat porridge in the store. They tasted great. Although there are not many breakfast styles, they are complete in variety. The restaurant staff are sincerely enthusiastic. The transportation is also very convenient. The subway is relatively close. Tonghuimen Line 2, very close to Kuanzhai Alley, the location is not noisy, and I can have a good sleep. Even though the room I stayed in was close to the restaurant, it didn't wake me up in the morning. Overall, I was very satisfied. I will come there next time I will stay here again in Chengdu.

We came to Chengdu from Malaysia and booked accommodation at Time Walk S Hotel. The service is really good! It was 12 o'clock in the evening when we checked in, and the hotel waiter prepared bread and milk for us. The hotel itself also provides late night snacks every day for guests to pick up in the lobby. Moreover, the hotel can also provide guests with foot buckets to relieve fatigue, but guests need to ask the customer service sister to get them. The hotel also has a self-service laundry service. If you don’t have time to wait for the clothes to be washed before putting them in the dryer, the waiter can also put them in for you if you write a card. When the clothes are ready, they will fold them and put them in the bag for you! You only need to go to the counter to collect it, it is really a five-star service! Customer service will come to the room every day to tidy up and leave small notes downstairs. We stayed for three days. On the first day, a small note said that bread and milk were prepared for us, on the second day, it was said that steam eye masks were provided to relieve fatigue, and on the third day, a hair tie was prepared for us to facilitate our makeup. Really considerate and attentive to customers. If I have the opportunity to travel to Chengdu again, I will choose to stay in this hotel!
