近川農大，周邊吃的很多，出行方便。之前住過其他名宿，衞生沒有這家好，廁所無異味，房間香香的，送了免費一次性浴缸套，馬桶套一次性拖鞋也都挺好的。設備都是小米的，帶點家的温馨。周邊貓貓狗狗很多，很有愛，晚上睡覺也比較安靜，不吵鬧，床品柔軟，很不錯👍

招待的阿姨很熱情，入住很方便，名宿門口有免費停車位，還有充電樁！房間乾淨整潔，採光特別好，設備都是小米的，電視可以投屏，老闆還提供了奇異果會員，綜藝電影都能看，位置也很好找，周邊有個大學還有一個遊樂場，很多學生，很有朝氣！

環境宜人，衞生乾淨，比較安靜。位置非常方便，步行幾百米就能到學校。房間裏的智能家居設備讓生活變得簡單又高效，床品也很舒適。店裡的貓咪非常熱情親人，給整個住宿體驗增添了不少樂趣。房東熱情大方，很好溝通，入住非常滿意！

每次來川農大找朋友都住這家，本來定的一樓，老闆給免費升級到二樓靠後院的房間，視野很好，空氣流通性不錯，房間香香的，床軟軟的，性價比很高。房間帶有led化粧鏡，對需要化粧的女生來説非常非常有必要，滿意！

假期出差到川農大采樣住了好幾天！非常滿意，師兄師姐嚴選果然出彩👍，好幾次下地回來碰到哥哥姐姐都請我們吃了水果零食，阿姨還會幫我們洗衣服，傍晚回來看到衣服疊得整整齊齊放沙發上非常感動！必須要好評！

環境很好，整個房子都圍繞着淡淡的香氣，房間在三樓，閣樓型的比較小，由於沒有體驗過這種類似的房型就沒有找老闆換房間。總體來説性價比挺好的，設施用品這些不會因為價錢便宜有所降低，另外，店家的卡拉米挺乖的喔💗

本來定的三樓的閣樓房，到店覺得有點小，更換了二樓的房間。總體來説，性價比很高，設備都比較好，全是小米的，看來老闆是雷總的小粉絲哈？衞生間很乾凈，洗澡水很熱，空調很給力，智能馬桶很方便。有什麼問題老闆都是有求必應，態度很好，會常來！
