It's very convenient. There's a big shopping mall and subway entrance about 100 to 200 meters away. There are so many restaurants around. The environment is relatively clean and sanitary. Parking is convenient. I will stay here again when I come to Chengdu next time.

The smoke alarm kept beeping for no apparent reason at 3 or 4 in the middle of the night. The soundproofing was poor. It was terrible. I suggest staying at Ruixuan next door. They also charge a deposit. The price is not as good as Ruixuan.

First of all, because we arrived in Chengdu early in the morning, we contacted in advance to check in early. The lady at the front desk was very nice and promised to help urge the room to be cleaned the next day. But when we went there the next day, there was a male front desk yygq who said that the room had not been cleaned up and we could not check in early. He left a phone number and said that he would contact us after the room was cleaned up. But it was almost three o'clock and he still hadn't contacted us. I called to ask and he said that we could check in. The attitude was very bad.
Secondly, we checked in early at three o'clock. The male front desk saw that we had a lot of bags and arranged such a room. There were steps at the entrance. It was very inconvenient to carry things up and down. The layout was very compact. The bathroom was behind the door and there were steps to go to the bathroom. I sprained my ankle without turning on the lights at night. I was really angry. I checked out at ten o'clock the next day and found that the next door room had been cleaned a long time ago. Compared with the layout of the next room, the layout was reasonable and there were no steps. I was really angry when I saw it. We carried so many things and were arranged in this room. I will never stay here again with this kind of service attitude. Everyone should avoid thunder.
