酒店服務非常好，很熱情，尤其前台鳳鳳服務挺熱情，房間也很衞生乾淨，設施設備也很完善，酒店的位置也很不錯，就在馬路邊上，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的，推薦

忘記拍照了，就是感覺有點雞肋
前台辦理入住之後，給了一張房卡，老是打不開，後來樓層管理員幫我們打開後門之後，發現房間裏面還有凌亂的行李箱🧳，然後又換了一個房間，在開始洗頭髮之後，又發現房間窗户對着一個廠房，特別的吵，又換了一個房間。提前改備註了，要高樓層，安靜的房間，作為一個攜程5星的酒店，不應該出現這些問題。其次，產品説明包含裏面有説送點張傑的相關小禮品，都是去了演唱會之後才發現有。演唱會回酒店之後，大巴車司機被交警追着攆，我們跟着大巴車跑，哈哈哈哈哈🤣

已經不是當年剛開業時候的恆鼎了，家就在龍泉，從剛開業到現在，陸陸續續有安排朋友，客人來住，對恆鼎的變化再熟悉不過了，現在真的很差，尤其前台挪到一樓以後，一整個變low。
前台對房型的熟悉程度還不如打掃的阿姨，房間很老，洗澡水小而且洗了不到一分鐘就水漫出來了，下水口堵了！！洗着洗着調節水温的大鐵坨子還掉下來砸腳上了。
房間老化嚴重，這跟打掃阿姨無關，電視機小的跟招待所一樣，非常拉胯。
先不説房價，如果你們覺得能憑着高空視野一直爛下去，繼續不升級內部設施軟件硬件條件，遲早會失去競爭力，不會再選擇甚至推薦身邊任何一個朋友，客人入住，也請各位慎重選擇.

來這邊看演唱會的，辦理入住敏敏告知我酒店有大巴車接送服務，還給粉絲準備了零食，小發卡和編制的手環，特別貼心，晚上有工作人員來接我們回酒店，很安心的感覺。房間床品很舒服，有小機器人送物。酒店早餐不僅環境很好，味道也特別美味，選擇種類也很多，不錯不錯。
