The room type and price are commensurate, and it is relatively clean. However, the hotel has been renovated for a long time, and the air conditioning and other facilities are a bit old, but it is very clean.
The hotel boiler was broken on the day I went there, and the hot water was not hot. They said that there would be hot water the next morning, but when I checked out at 2 o'clock, there was no hot water. The front desk gave two breakfast coupons as compensation, but I still hope that the answer to the question will be more realistic. It is still very uncomfortable to have no hot water and can't take a shower.

The amenities such as soap were plentiful and it was not much different from a Japanese business hotel. However, the smell was a bit bothersome and there were some stains on the bed sheets.
