環球中心是最大的單體建築，非常漂亮。我過來出差，剛好有機會來感受一下。我對服務這塊很滿意，還沒有到酒店，管家Belle 提前電話聯繫我，跟我確認好對房間的需求，非常周到細緻地接待我，並貼心告知到房間的區別特徵，辦理入住時，全過程方便快捷，房間舒適，帶有小花園陽台，視野非常好，可以看見酒店全貌，總之，我非常滿意，下次還會選擇的[Heart]

很滿意這次入住，特別感謝我的管家Cherry的細心照顧，體驗到了賓至如歸，像家人一樣，其他工作人員也很熱情專業，看到我們帶了長者，打掃房間的阿姨貼心的在洗手間放了兩塊地巾，床上用品也很舒適。自助餐很豐盛，環境也很美，挨着泳池，我們可以邊玩水邊用餐，很方便，孩子在泳池玩的不亦樂乎，cherry知道我們在餐廳用自助餐，特意讓行政酒廊工作人員給我們調了雞尾酒送到餐廳，這細緻入微的服務太讚了，味道也很不錯。還會再來住，再次感謝

喜出望外的驚喜，特別的佈置，感謝我的管家王小燕Betty給我們帶來美好的旅行回憶，提前發給Betty訂單，把房間安排的妥妥的，房間物品一應俱全，方方面面考慮的很周到，疲勞的旅行被床墊治癒，房間乾乾淨淨，整整齊齊，毛巾浴袍很舒軟，下次來成都還會選擇洲際和管家燕子
