這次入住環球中心洲際酒店，最大的驚喜是遇到了管家蘇珊！從入住開始就感受到她的細心周到，提前發短訊提醒第二天早餐的位置和營業時間，完全不用自己費心記，這點真的太貼心了。而且還熱情推薦了餐廳裏超好吃的牛肉麪，試了一下果然名不虛傳，瞬間提升了早餐體驗。

住了N次的酒店，這次體驗了1樓房間，寬敞整潔，還有小院子。陳梅服務始終貼心入微，每次服務都帶來家一般的温暖。推薦親子家庭要住上兩天以上。項目太多，玩耍難盡興。客房細節服務有增無減。盡顯周到！

環球中心最大的單體建築，壯觀的穹頂，這次帶家人一起體驗到了，管家Betty貼心的服務，提前為孩子們準備了游泳圈，水槍，和四川特色的小熊貓玩偶，有訊息都是秒回，服務及時，每天問候入住體驗，在住期間幫我們節省了很多流程，房間乾淨整潔，陽台晾衣桿和小童衣架很方便便捷，孩子在海洋樂園也玩的很開心，玩水沖浪，不出酒店連續住了兩天，夏天帶孩子的好地方，下次再來
