服務最最好的酒店，免費幫我們升級了房間。而且前台眼裡超有活，看到我在找包裹會主動幫忙。不小心把房卡留在房間，二話不説多開一張給我們。身上沒有筆但是着急當晚要過海關，前台就送了我們一支。免費洗衣和下午茶也是點睛之筆。房間很好，沒有聽見外面的聲音，沖涼房超級大，推薦！

大廳的服務員服務很好，房間採光好，衞生間乾濕分離，面積很大，還是大窗户落地窗，位置就在春熙路附近，酒店安靜沒有臨街，性價比很高，衹住了一天沒有洗衣。

good location, services are OK
unfortunately the bed a bit hard for children, and breakfast is 10am close ON TIME, while we stayed in chongqing & zhangjiajie, they can wait till 11 am.
