非常好，網上看了房間，打了電話給前台，給帶着外公外婆旅遊準備第二早去動物園的老媽溝通後，很放心定下了這家酒店。前台美女很體貼善解人意，申請將豪華雙人大床房免費升級成雙床房，房間設施什麼的很齊全，兩位長者晚上睡得很好，這一點很贊！早餐券也多給了一張，想吃什麼拿什麼，巴適，安逸！
