首先先説優點 服務非常不錯 比起我去過其他的比如上海頂奢酒店不差 還是非常好的 前台 遇到的工作人員都比較熱情 辦入住領到房間 好評 設施 環境還好 符合一個五星酒店 行政房送的早餐可以 行政酒廊的簡餐就有點拉胯（去外面吃四川火鍋去了 沒品嚐他的中餐廳） 這點減點分 這次出來沒行李 第二天酒店中午打電話問是不是改行程了 房間沒看見行李 這點也算好評 但是白天已經説了繼續住的 晚上九點多又打電話問同樣的問題就不知道什麼意思了

這次入住真的滿意，所有的服務人員都很友好。尤其是前台的向雪服務非常熱情而且細緻。房間寬敞舒適房間寬敞明亮。從淋浴到泡澡，都能享受到極致的舒適體驗，將一天的疲憊都放鬆了，酒店的客房清潔工作也做得非常到位。
