The room was too dark, despite put on all lightings. Going up and down thru a staircase which was definitely inconvenient for elderly or disables. The last day of my stay, power outage due to a regular checking inspection, no air con from 7:30am until late…what a stay!

Hôtel est magnifique, idéalement situé.
Le personelle de l’hôtel est adorable.
Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner qui est forcément en chambre et sans alternative (nous aurions apprécié un chois ou une alternative plus occidental)
Vous pouvez réserver leurs yeux fermé ! ☺️

Excellent service with butler service. Worth every penny with free breakfast included though takeaways. Hotel does not have restaurants but tie ups with outside restaurants.

這一家酒店讓我覺得體驗感非常好，有24小時的管家服務，小管家蘭蘭和小花很好，可以幫忙免費取外賣送到房間，還可以免費幫忙清洗衣服。房間衞生很乾凈，住起來很舒適，房間內部的設施設備很齊全，電動窗簾、投影、音響，小冰箱，礦泉水不夠還可以添加。從酒店去春熙路、太古裏、天府廣場，寬窄巷子、錦裏、人民公園，都很方便，挺不錯的。
