優點：在小區裏，外部環境不錯，安全，周邊也挺方便的，離大熊貓基地不遠，樓下吃飯方便，房間特別大，雙衞，三個大床➕沙發，可以住一大家子，能做飯。缺點：衞生和基礎配套不太行，水池裡有上個客人的頭髮，漱口杯沒有清洗（雖然一般也不用）廚房衞生沒有打掃，遙控器電池沒有檢查，沒電了（最終把空調電視拆了換着用的）房間密碼沒有一客一換，洗漱用品不全，房間沒有沐浴露，洗手液/香皂，牙膏是大管，不是一次性的，馬桶圈需要調了

非常滿意的一次入住，乾淨寬敞，一家六口住的很輕鬆，老闆人也很熱情，辛苦可愛小朋友帶我看房了，哈哈，特別是房間細節上的考慮，優於很多名宿了，下次來了還找她。
