Excellent Location & Outstanding Service – A Truly Memorable Stay!
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to its perfect location and exceptional service.
The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. There’s various street food right downstairs, and within walking distance, we found a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including delicious hotpot and other local cuisines.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every time we called the front desk for assistance, they responded immediately and resolved any issues with a smile. A special shout-out to **Alina**, who went above and beyond to help us on our last day. We were struggling with multiple heavy suitcases, and she kindly escorted us all the way to the entrance, made sure we got a suitable taxi, and didn’t leave until we were safely on our way. Her warmth and professionalism were truly touching.
We’re so grateful to the entire staff for making our Chengdu trip so comfortable and memorable. The hospitality here made us feel right at home. Highly recommended– we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Facilities: Complete five-star facilities
Hygiene: Clean, no problems found
Service: Very good service, upgraded me, welcome fruit.
Location: Near Taikoo Li, the room can see Taikoo Li and the mountains in the distance. We stayed on the 40th floor.
Breakfast: Very rich, I had two bowls, one wonton and one rice noodle. My friend said the beef noodles were also delicious.
A good choice for business trips and traveling in Chengdu, looking forward to coming again next time.
