酒店的位置就在天府廣場。有自動停車場。硬件和服務都非常到位。

I basically stay in this hotel every time I go to Chengdu, because it is very close to where I want to go, and parking is convenient. The other staff are all okay, but there is a staff in the lobby whose attitude is really bad. When we were storing our luggage, the staff had already asked us to fill in the information card, but she had to come over to show her presence and asked us to fill it out again. The staff at that time said that we could just copy it down later, but she insisted that the customer fill it out again. When I picked up my luggage, I took the other half of the card off the luggage and put it on the table. She said in a gloomy tone that I didn’t need to give her this half. First of all, I filled in the information the hotel asked me to fill in truthfully. If it’s because the hotel staff took the wrong card or for some other reason, please let the hotel solve it by itself and don’t bother the guests. Secondly, I am a customer, so even if I didn’t fill it out correctly, don’t give me a cold shoulder, not to mention that it’s not my fault. Finally, I am not interested in how your hotel manages its employees, so please don’t show how you teach your employees to do things in front of customers, which will only make me feel that you are very unprofessional.
