辦理入住的時候，前台的 Mona 就給了我非常熱情的接待。她臉上始終洋溢着真誠的笑容，不僅快速地幫我辦理好了手續，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊好玩的地方，一下子就讓初來乍到的我心裏暖乎乎的，對接下來的行程充滿了期待。
入住期間，我遇到了一點小問題，便向酒店反饋。沒想到，GSM Rebeca 的處理速度快得驚人！我剛打完電話沒多久，她就回電了，電話裏滿是歉意，並且詳細詢問了具體情況，給出了讓我十分滿意的解決方案。整個過程中，她展現出的專業和高效，讓我深深感受到酒店對客人的重視。

房間很乾凈，服務也很好，這次房間還給做了升級，酒店開了很多年了，設施基本上還保持的不錯，離機場和高鐵站距離都不遠。總體評價不錯。
