還是一樣的問題 房卡辦的很慢 外賣機器人送依然要等 這次超過一個小時了才送來 電話溝通為什麼兩份外賣老是分開送？他説是我漏拿了，但是機器人衹開了一個門 衹能拿一份 依然不解決問題還問顧客是不是漏拿 已經表示有些生氣了 還是依賴機器人 還是讓你重新等 特別特別特別不滿意這種服務態度 別來😓

地點很好，服務也基本匹配香格里拉的品牌，有地下免費停車，整體居住過程都還算放心。美中不足就是裝潢設施比較老舊，感覺放在上個世紀80-90年代，應該是非常輝煌的一個酒店了

設施：房間佈置孩子們很喜歡，細節做得很好，升級了套房，房間也很大，房間裏有積木桌，帳篷，大熊貓玩偶，童趣十足

此次成都之行選擇入住錦江河畔的香格里拉酒店，九眼橋酒吧街與蘭桂坊近在咫尺，步行10分鐘可達太古裏商圈。酒店正對廊橋夜景，江景房~廊橋客房內可欣賞安順廊橋與合江亭的璀璨燈火，可謂鬧中取靜。酒店內部軟硬件設施都非常好，大堂內鮮花裝飾非常博人眼球，讓人心生歡喜。酒店客服提前溝通需求，Sandy的服務非常周到暖心。整體感覺非常舒服!

這是我唯一給的一個差評，酒店老舊，工作人員忙亂，吃了一個早餐先後來了四趟讓我給孩子補費用，又來了好幾撥收我餐盤的，都沒吃完就開始收餐盤，一個五星級酒店弄的好像我要逃餐費趕我們走似的，明明我在前台有1000的按金，一個五星級酒店做出了景區趕人的風格，也是服氣了。反正本次住了好幾個酒店，這個五星級是最差的一個。唯一一點好就是佔了地理位置九眼橋，以前我對成都印象挺好的，感謝酒店讓我們失望而歸，幾年之內不來了。
