酒店服務一般，窗户鎖不上，找了幾次人修，無法修，最後的結論高層安全，而且每次進門門卡就不行，上下跑了幾次，酒店位置不錯在老城，衞生條件還行。

酒店很新，前台保安都很親和，都會主動打招呼，房間比較大，普通大床房有那麼大了，比很多酒店要大一些，更寬敞舒服，有沙發，同時還有辦公桌，這個酒店基礎房間都做的很棒！此處點贊👍價格很划算，人性化體驗好，外賣送物是小機器人。洗護用品質感好，很多酒店的洗護用品都不好用，這點愛費爾做的很好。入住前台告知早餐地點時間，會指引電梯方向，解決入住期間遇到的問題。值得五星推薦
