酒店承認丟掉我的貴重物品，聽到所要賠償後改口聲稱沒看見 倒顛黑白 冷處理性質惡劣！！！
5.30辦理入住,6.1號因為人數變更更換了房間，在趕時間的情況下沒有把房間內的東西完全拿走，於是告訴前台幫我把房間內剩餘的東西拿到更換後的房間裏，酒店前台知道房間裏還有私人物品。6.1晚上回到房間後發現5.31帶回來的簽名海報和裝鞋子的盒子不見了，和前台溝通了解事情經過後以“保潔阿姨年齡大了不知道這個東西是什麼，以為是垃圾就丟掉了”為由告知我物品已經被當做垃圾處理走了。後面我找攜程客服介入幫我處理此事，並將事情原委和我希望得到的賠償告訴平台，由平台轉告給酒店，酒店經理在得知要賠償後改口説沒有見到過這些物品。保潔在提前告知的情況下仍將我的私人物品丟棄，酒店經理包庇保潔、冷處理拒絕賠償，我希望能得到酒店的賠償和道歉。
