在漢庭酒店的入住體驗堪稱滿分！臨時遇到衣服弄臟急需清洗的情況，前台工作人員二話不説，立馬幫我收下衣物，還温柔安撫：“您放心休息，洗好烘乾就給您送過去！”本以為要等很久，沒想到短短几個小時，乾淨平整、帶着淡淡清香的衣服就被送到房間。這份高效又貼心的服務，簡直比家人還周到！酒店本身環境雅緻、設施齊全，員工的專業與熱情更是讓人倍感温暖。必須五星好評，強烈推薦給所有人！

漢庭酒店名稱客房服務員的專業與細緻讓我印象深刻！每天出門後，回來總能看到房間煥然一新：床鋪鋪得一絲不苟，洗漱用品補充得整整齊齊，連我隨意放置的護膚品都貼心擺成一排。中間不小心灑了咖啡在地上，打個電話，服務員很快趕來處理，動作麻利又仔細，完全不留痕跡。這些超出預期的細節服務，讓人真切感受到被重視。為客房服務團隊點贊，絕對是值得N刷的酒店！

1. 安全隱患極大
入住漢庭酒店（成都科華北路四川大學店）分店三晚，凌晨4點被陌生男子持續踹門5分鐘！門鎖劇烈晃動，極度恐慌下報警，但酒店全程無人出面制止，安保完全缺失！
2. 監控視頻遭人為刪改
酒店聲稱走廊有監控，但關鍵時間段的踹門錄像“神祕消失”！質疑酒店故意銷燬證據，已報警要求技術恢復，但至今未獲合理解釋。
3. 處理態度敷衍
事發後酒店僅口頭道歉，拒絕賠償精神損失，甚至暗示“其他住客惡作劇”。完全不承認門鎖易被破壞、夜間無人巡邏等管理漏洞。
4. 造成嚴重心理陰影
事件導致整夜不敢入睡，至今聽到敲門聲就恐懼顫抖，已產生焦慮症狀。酒店卻未提供任何心理支持

電梯因為多家共用有點臟，漢庭自己的地盤衞生很好，位置很好，周圍全是吃的賣水果的。去玉林綜合市場也近，遛娃可以去河邊

前台態度很好，主動提出升房和延遲退房，房間很安靜，雖然開業早但是設施還不錯，浴室噴頭的水壓很好水很熱，推薦推薦
