This hotel is located in a very strategic location, for shopping and food. Walking distance to IFS climbing panda. Nearest metro station is Tianfu square, leas than 10mins walk. All good except for the light 'smoke' each time I enter my room. Otherwise, all is good

My third night in this hotel and I am impressed with the kindness of the male receptionist who helped me with my key card. Truly, the staff at Ease Hotel are wonderful and professional. Again, for foreign travelers wanting to stay in Chengdu, Ease Hotel (Taiguli store, Chunxi road) is one of the best hotel you can stay in terms of comfort and affordability. Tip: The hotel is in front of Kowloon Plaza and across JW Marriott Hotel, Chengdu.

Location is good. It is between Tianfu Square Metro Station (600+ meters) and Chunxi Road Metro Station (900+ meters) I have to clean the room by myself again because of the dust in the room. Smell of smoke is everywhere in the hotel. If the smell is acceptable for you, you can stay.

The housekeeping was no good. The floor was not swept for 2 days. I had to inform the front counter to get it cleaned.

The staff cannot speak English but is very friendly. Nevertheless, the room was not tidy and used tissues were laying around everywhere. The people were smoking everywhere, even in the public areas which made the stay a bit uncomfortable and smelly. Besides that, one can basically hear every single sound from the floor.
