Very bad attitude. I booked a room for three days, but had something urgent to do so I only stayed for one day and checked out for two days. They also collected a deposit of more than 3,000 yuan on the same day, but only refunded 1,000 yuan in the end. I called to ask, and the customer service said that they kept saying that there was no information about our check-in.
