I took my kids to Chengdu and did a hotel guide in advance. I chose Niccolo and stayed for seven nights. The hotel is in a good location. It is upstairs in IFS. Downstairs is the shopping mall. Across the street is Taikoo Li. There are many delicious foods nearby. You can go directly to Chunxi Road Metro Line 2 on the underground floor of the shopping mall. It is so convenient. The room facilities are very good. I chose the N1 panda room. I can see the front of the panda directly. It is also very convenient to pick up takeout from the takeaway cabinet on the first floor. If you want to take out daily necessities, the concierge can deliver it for you. Thanks to the welcome ambassador Lily for communicating in advance and helping to arrange the room and the necessary children's supplies. She also provided travel and food guides. The thoughtful service during the stay was considerate and thoughtful. The room cleaning aunties were very enthusiastic. The staff would take the initiative to say hello when they met. The concierge also had a strong sense of service. Praise. Hygiene: The room cleaning on the 19th and 20th during the stay was relatively good. In the first few days, the children's clothes were occasionally placed on the sofa or bed before going out and were not folded. Service: No one made the night bed for the first three days, and it only started in the last four days. Because many hotels do not provide night bed service now, and guests don't know if they don't provide it proactively. At noon on the 19th, when the Do Not Disturb function was turned on in my room, a male staff member only knocked on the door and opened the door with the room card. He looked into my child's eyes and quickly closed the door when he saw someone in the room. I was lying on the bed. The child said there was an uncle. I opened the door to check and found two staff members. When he saw me open the door, he was also quite panicked and showed his work ID. The aunt next to him hurriedly explained. But this situation is really too strange. I hope the hotel will strengthen its management. Environment: The hotel environment is nothing to say. Breakfast is semi-self-service. Zhong Shuijiao is highly recommended. Facilities: The facilities are well maintained and very new. It is the decoration style I like. Overall, it was a good choice to choose Niccolo for this trip to Chengdu. Except for a small episode, everything else is very satisfactory. I will choose Niccolo next time I come to Chengdu.
