本來是去西昌玩了返程路過成都，在西昌也是住的斯維登酒店非常滿意，所以在成都也毫不猶豫選擇了斯維登，但是差別太大了，進去廁所都是臭的，而且用熱水一次20分鐘，還得間隔20分鐘才能使用第二次，住酒店以來還是第一次遇到這種情況

There is an induction cooker and a refrigerator. The hygiene is OK. The decoration is a bit old and the sound insulation is not very good. The upstairs was very noisy in the middle of the night, which made us fall asleep very late.

An excellent location! Easily accessible to the People’s park and Tianfu Square. Excellent for the price. The establishment is a little tired and with a little renovation in the common spaces will pass from very good to excellent.

This is not a hotel—it’s just a room for rent in an apartment building. The apartment itself is old and outdated. Public area cleanliness is poor, around 3/10. Many families live here long-term, and it’s not a smoke-free building.
The photos on the website are not current and don’t reflect the real condition.
The washing machine and refrigerator work well. There’s a built-in stove (we didn’t use it), but no kitchenware or cutlery—just a kettle. No microwave either.
The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the AC is good. Staff are very helpful.
The location is in the CBD, which is convenient.
If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and aren’t too picky about cleanliness, this apartment might be a good choice for the price.
