Room had a good view of the river and was decent sized. AC would not turn on and room was quite warm which made me uncomfortable. I complained to the front desk multiple times about this issue and they were unable to fix it.

Great , clean hotel, but if need anything in English good luck. They try their best but there are lots miss in translation. Great breakfast.

We lived in China for four years and that was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It’s newly built, the hotel rooms are very clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. The laundry service is excellent. The hotel is located very central. I can fully recommend staying there and would stay in this hotel every time I travel to Chengdu.

I came back and stayed for another night. Overall it was okay and I was quite satisfied with the staff. It is close to Tianfu Square and the nearest subway line is Line 1. It is convenient to go to Chunxi Road, Wuhou Temple and other attractions, making travel worry-free.

The room was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very powerful, I fell asleep in a second when I lay on the bed, I bought a quarterly pass and got free breakfast, and it's within walking distance to Chunxi Road

This stay was truly fantastic! The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the subway station, making it convenient to attractions and the shopping district. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it perfect for those of us who want to explore and eat. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and I felt incredibly comfortable the moment I entered. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom was also meticulously cleaned, odor-free, and had ample hot water with just the right pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The service was also excellent. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming during check-in and patiently answered our many questions about local activities. Room service was also very responsive, and any assistance we needed was promptly addressed. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, catering to all tastes. Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
