先説表揚，葉女士給我留下了深刻的印象，我們是全季酒店的鐵粉，衹要出行必住全季，因為全季對於我來説從味道到酒店環境再到服務是我認可的，我們定的是雙床房，但是可能是酒店的規劃和建設不同，與我們以往住的全季酒店有差異，入住後，葉女士打來電話詢問我們的入住體驗，我就實話實説了，本來沒想着能有啥迴應，因為我反饋的問題與服務無關，我知道作為工作人員她沒有什麼辦法，我大學學的酒店管理也去上海實習過，我深知這行的不容易與委屈，這也是我畢業後沒從事本行業的原因，所以我其實就打算將就，但令我意想不到的是，過了一會兒葉女士就上來了，和我説明情況，本着客人的需求是第一要義的原則，站在客人的角度思考，盡她所能的為我提供舒適的住房環境，這令我很感動（她的處理堪稱教科書級別），因為第二天五點半就要出發，我們諮詢前台哪裡有賣早餐的地方，前台的兩個小姐姐説周圍確實沒有這麼早營業點早點，她們貼心為我準備了小麪包牛奶很貼心。他們的服務全程有耐心很貼心很為客人着想，還有小哥哥工作人員也很好，全程的好感都是每一個工作人員帶來的。謝謝你們，你們辛苦了。
最後我想對全季酒店説能否規劃一下酒店的硬件設施，工作人員們不容易，如果我們把硬件調上去再加上這麼好的工作人員絕對是一加一大於二的存在。當然好的工作人員也説明企業培訓的好。以上的每個字都是我認真寫的親身體會，希望全季的領導們能看見，能改善，謝謝啦，以後全季酒店將還是我的第一選。感謝。
