由於酒店新的，外面環境挺好的，我訂一間三人房間窗户很小，有點壓抑，洗手間噴淋頭的水壓很足，但小童不適宜，太集中。
隔音一般。服務挺好，還有車送到景區。

從雙流機場到酒店大概二十分鐘，第二天準備進山，上高速非常方便。房間帶有城市花園陽台，有綠植光線也好。五樓大廳一坐下，就有工作人員送的一杯茶，感覺很温馨。還是寵物友好酒店哦，朋友帶着狗狗來，一起玩了好久呢。總之性價比很高！

第一次給酒店差評，關鍵是前台服務態度太差。茶具放那裡想借用一下，直接打發叫花子一樣，問她啥啥不知道，眼神還嫉妒呆滯，估計滿腦子是遊戲吧。本來房間覺得還行，經過跟這樣的前台溝通後覺得房間裏都是新裝修的味道。這次體驗太差了，沒有之一。

帶小朋友出來玩的，感覺這家酒店環境挺不錯的，看着很乾凈整潔，外邊還有一個小露台，環境也挺優美的，還有健身房跟洗衣房，主要是離春熙路、太古裏。還有火車南站都挺近的，打車也方便。推薦這家。還有就是因為早上出門中午回來有點晚，就讓前台小張小姐姐幫忙申請延遲退房了一個小時，挺人性化的。感謝🙏🏻感謝🙏🏻

住過這麼多酒店，這家真的令人驚喜！早餐豐富多樣，熱菜、蔬果一應俱全，窗邊就餐還能賞景。

必須誇誇這家神仙酒店，因為飛機延誤早上6點就到店了，到店後沒有空房間 前台小姐姐還升級了房型讓我提前入住，免費洗衣機+烘乾機（還配有洗衣液），對長途旅行者太友好了 ，從保潔阿姨到禮賓員，每個人都會主動問好幫忙，在大廳坐着還會主動倒茶水。 連吃三天都不膩 下次來成都一定要再住
