Luyin Yuanshan Residence (Chengdu Cibo City)

The hotel has a strategic location, with many barbecues and convenience stores nearby. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. From the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful and meticulous room service, every employee showed extremely high professionalism and kindness. Their attitude, their smiles and timely help made every need of mine met and made me feel at home. If I have the opportunity, I will come back to Chengdu to experience the fireworks here.

The children said that the hotel is very comfortable to sleep in, and they will stay here again next time, haha~

It's OK. The hotel is relatively new, so the formaldehyde smell is quite strong. It's in the residential area. The view outside the window is OK. There are not many vegetation areas, but it's very fresh when you open the window. There is also a park nearby. You can take a walk or a bike in the morning or at night. It's very good. It may take about ten minutes to ride a bike from the subway entrance, and it's five or six minutes faster to drive. But I recommend walking through the park. The environment is very good. It takes about twenty minutes to walk slowly, or maybe ten minutes faster. The service is average. The front desk is polite, but the audio-visual room we chose when we stayed there was broken. When we asked the front desk, they didn't solve it for us. They only said to us, "I don't know, try it yourself." It's really outrageous, but everything else is OK. It's average. It's OK for this price.

The room I originally booked didn't have a washing machine, but the front desk lady knew I needed to do laundry, so she upgraded me to a room with a washing machine for free. The room was very clean and great value for money, so I decided to stay a few more days.
