28號值班前台小哥哥全程服務態度方面，問題處理方面，都很棒，做事效率也很高。
房間內：床也比較大，窗户可以透風，布草很乾凈。可以看到每天都有阿姨在一客一換。
位置方面：距離太古裏很近，步行幾分鐘。去寬窄巷子也就3公里，很方便。樓下飲食，交通都方便快捷。

整體來説還可以，眼睛可以看見的地方衞生都挺乾淨的，看不見的地方就清潔不到位了，床墊子邊的縫縫有點臟。設施很新，衞生間也蠻乾淨，安全。就是早上阿姨進來打掃實在是太吵了，乒乒乓乓跟打仗似的，直接給我吵醒了😖

The room was OK except that the lighting was a bit dim. The location was great. It was very lively downstairs. There was a beautiful hot pot restaurant on the second floor. Overall, the price/performance ratio was good. I would come again if I had a chance in such a good location.
