帶小朋友來重慶玩的，第一天到酒店很熱，空調開了半小時發現不製冷，電話前台，前台説是中央空調都是制熱（當天温度二十幾度），室內29度，風扇已經全部借用完，第二天有人退房才可以給到我們，讓我們開窗睡（沒有任何作用），因為當時已經凌晨一點左右了，實在折騰不動，不然一定連夜換酒店！洗完澡小朋友就穿了一件短袖，頭髮洗好澡吹乾後從睡下去到第二天早上起來一直是濕的，床單全部濕掉，第二天小朋友直接感冒了，流鼻涕咳嗽，臉上都是熱疹，要了床圍欄（根本卡不緊，夜裡小朋友翻身直接卡掉進去了），真的是一塌糊塗，現在回家得立馬帶小朋友去醫院

出差路過成都，偶然間預訂了這家酒店，特別不錯，酒店是新裝修的，乾淨、整潔、高檔、安靜，住着很舒服。床品質量好，大床房睡着很舒服，房間大，還有浴缸，早餐也很好吃。真的是挖到寶了。前台服務人員小陳和小羅特別負責，全程提供暖心服務，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。如果你出差，如果你想住的舒服，這家酒店一定值得嘗試。
