老闆親切無敵熱情。清潔工作有待加強。訂房時如果能主動告知廁所是共用的，或許會更好。整體來說，舒適度和交通便利性取勝，當然老闆的態度和待客之道無話可說

1. Poor facilities: Three small, shabby rooms shared a squat toilet and shower. The door wouldn't even close properly.
2. False advertising: An ordinary apartment was partitioned into three small rooms and marketed as a homestay.
3. Difficult location: Located in a run-down neighborhood with no streetlights, it took over an hour to find it late at night.
4. Poor service: I ordered on Ctrip, knocked at the door, but no one answered. I called and found out I had to add WeChat to get the password.
