We were visiting some old friends here in Chengdu and couldn’t ask for a better family-friendly hotel! Booked the family room and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with it. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or laundry room, but they looked great. Even after we checked out, my daughter kept asking if we could go back to the hotel!
Will definitely choose here again next time!

The service is good but hotel has a really weird dorm feeling. The room is so small with no ventilation.

I stayed in the XL Size Room With Two Beds,
The room, shower and toilet area is modern, well-furnished and clean.
Do take note the shower + toilet might have translucent walls.
The service staff are very outgoing and helpful, there is also a 24h laundry service.
It is within walking distance to Minle station.
This will be my hotel of choice if I visit Chengdu in future.

This is a very cost-effective hotel. It is just an 8-minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient for travel. The front desk lady upgraded my room. The room is large, fully equipped, and the shower gel and shampoo smell good. The only two shortcomings are that the light control panel glows at night, which affects sleep, and the sound insulation is not very good, and you can hear the noise in the corridor. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which are open 24 hours a day, but they did not deliver the dried clothes to the room as the comments said.
