衞生挺乾淨的，投影儀清晰，愛奇藝有會員，衞生間乾濕分離，有滾筒洗衣機，冰箱，唯一不好就是保安不讓外賣進，還得自己下樓去外賣櫃取，別的沒啥毛病，主要價格優惠，離文殊院近，去別的景點坐地鐵也都方便
