今次我們一家四口到成都和九寨溝8天， 分別住了三間酒店最後一間是住成都溫江悅春酒店，由於帶小朋友，所以希望有更大空間和有走動嘅地方，所以選擇了此酒店。酒店房間非常非常大小朋友亦好滿意。 除咗房十分滿意之外，其他部份距離五星級酒店還有一段距離。餐廳早餐食物選擇很少，而員工欠缺正式培訓，他們會躲在一邊發呆，而我每次需要餐具之能自己到櫃上自行取，我都不想打擾他們。全間酒店只得一間餐廳菜式選擇不足。 全間酒店只得一間餐廳菜式選擇不足。曾經到訪健身室器具鋪滿塵埃。網球場沒有提供網球場沒有提球拍和網球。 小小的動物園有加1點分小朋友都喜歡和動物玩。 酒店比較遠，出去買東西，最少要10至15分鐘， 在酒店叫不到外賣。 十分不方便。

Breakfast is all about grabbing. The restaurant is very small, but there are many rooms, so that when it is full, there is no place for breakfast. Many people come to wait for a seat. With so many people, the variety of breakfast is pitiful, which does not meet the hotel pricing standard at all, okay? Hygiene: Average, really average. When there are many people waiting for breakfast, no one has collected the table after eating for a long time! Environment: There are still many places for children to play, there are racetracks, animal parks, and sand pits, but there are no warning signs in many places, such as climbing frames and wooden stakes. Young children can easily get injured. We went back to the room and saw that the child's feet were lightly purple! Service: Not enough staff, not enough staff! ! ! ! Not to mention the queue for check-in, you can't check in immediately after you have done it, and you have to wait for a long time. Many guests at the front desk said that the reception capacity is too poor! The service attitude is not bad, but not very enthusiastic.
