After the package was updated, Lucy contacted us immediately, guiding us through cancelling the old booking and rebooking the new one. This thoughtful gesture not only ensured breakfast for our family of three but also allowed our child to enjoy a special 'World Games' themed cake. Beyond the exceptional service, the room facilities were, of course, top-notch. Our child was absolutely delighted watching the planes. The hotel's Western dinner offered excellent value for money, and the breakfast quality was absolutely superb. Everything was fantastic.
