I came to the nearby Chengdu College of Electronic Science and Technology of China for an exam. After I explained the situation during the reservation, the store changed me to a quieter room for free. The facilities were very good, clean and sanitary. The shower water pressure was strong and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast was very rich and started to be served at 6:30. The room was also very clean. The front desk service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. In short, I was very satisfied. In addition, the room was equipped with central air conditioning with three wind speeds. If you find it noisy, you can turn it off yourself.

Back again with the bicycle because it's such a great place to stay. Room is fantastic overlooking the lake; breakfast is always delicious with a wonderful choice and the entrance cafe and noodle bar have a great variety at a great price. Just a shame the Sheraton chain seems to have stopped its evening buffet dinner. The surrounding parks have been extended and make for a pleasurable walk and there's also now a lakeside cafe and evening fountain show. There's endless cycling from the hotel along greenways, by the river and quiet country roads. The swimming pool is probably one of the best in Chengdu for laps. Come back again soon.

Friendly helpful knowledgeable crews. No lift to rooms so the crews help to carry luggage to our room. I do not like dim warm lighting. Prefer white LED/LCD lights. I like hot tea after a long day. Only got teabag replacement a day before I checked out.

Staff N.X was especially helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Hazens Hotel in Chengdu. The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay the service remained attentive and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Chengdu. I also appreciated the thoughtful details like quality toiletries. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport. Overall, Hazens Hotel exceeded my expectations. It combines comfort, style, and top-notch service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu, whether for business or leisure, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

Great hotel with nice and exclusive interior! Room - we got a corner room which was huge! There’s bathtub with seperate cubicle for toilet and shower. Beds are big and comfy and rooms are equipped with everything u need. Stayed early April25 and didnt find the room too hot or too cold. Location - amazing! Just a few mins walk away from Tianfu Sq metro station and there is a mosque with lots of halal options just on the street front of the hotel. There is a small convenience store (Lawson) nearby and lots of milk tea and shopping options within walking distance. Dont miss out on the huge juicy mandarin oranges, strawberries and water chestnut by street hawkers, they taste good!

Great location.3 mins to metro. Approx 8mins to a shopping belt. Hotel staff xiao zhou and ling dang are very friendly and helpful, very patient when u have questions. Special thanks to xiao cai who was very helpful and cheerful. She gave us accurate information on where to visit and how to get around. Special thanks to ban ban who managed my laundry for me, allowing me to sleep through the night while she watched the wash and put the laundry through dryer. Even arranged for the clothes to be sent to the room later in the day when i m put and hang them up in the closet. Overall great stay , great experience
