I went to Longquan on a business trip from Qingyang. In order to save time, I chose this hotel among the many. The overall feeling was very positive - a fresh breeze blowing in my face, refreshing. First, the facilities are new, the decoration is exquisite, the style is simple and luxurious, comfortable and relaxing. Second, hygiene is done well, the bed is clean and dust-free, and supplies are placed in an orderly manner. Third, the hotel supplies are fully available and easy to access. Fourth, the service is considerate, and you will be welcomed when you call. You will be polite and attentive, making you feel warm. Fifth, the environment is good and the surrounding area is quiet. The room is quite spacious and clean, breakfast is superb with many choices. Room lighting system is very modern. GGuest UserThe hotel has a great ambiance and is conveniently located near Metro Line 6. The night view from the hotel is beautiful, and it's also very close to 339. If you enjoy clubbing at 339, you should definitely consider staying here. I stayed here to meet my girlfriend, and we had a truly delightful experience. I must say, their service is truly excellent; they really know how to make guests feel incredibly valued and happy. As soon as they saw there were two of us checking in, they thoughtfully inquired about our booking and kindly arranged a larger room for us. That was a really impressive gesture. In the afternoon, they even brought us a complimentary fruit platter. I feel like this level of thoughtful service is unique to Chengdu; back in Sanya, everything is completely self-service! All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

DDanielaTimesThe service and the reception is very good since they are very attentive and helpful, also nice views from the breakfast zone (see picture attached) and they provide soft drinks, tee, coffee and water free of charge pus there are 2 washing machines and one drier free of charge plus they give a goodbye gift. The breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, the rooms were not quite clean talking about corners full of dust, sticky floor areas and the shower had some unknown thread on the wall that persisted next day cleaning, also we used a vase that was clearly seen as dirty cause it was used and next day was not cleaned. The building seems quite old and is not really close to the public transport. Due to lack of cleaning, oldness an poor location, I would not recommend it for the price.

- Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. When I checked in, they told me to add them to my WeChat so that we could send them messages during our stay. While we spoke Chinese, our Chinese was not great but the staff were very patient with us.
- They allowed us to leave our luggages with them as we were away for a trip to Emeishan and was only returning the day after.
- They also allowed us to arrange TaoBao delivery to the reception.
- Location is central, but it is not close to any metro. We do not recommend walking from the metro (Tianfu Square) if you have heavy or bulky luggages / bags.
- Relatively new hotel, so it is in good shape.
- Toiletries included toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap, and small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. There were also hotel slippers, enough pairs for 3 of us.
- Bed was very comfortable. It was firm enough but had a plush cover. The blanket was also very cosy.
- Aircon was very cold! Which is great for summer. But...see below for con.
- Reception was manned the whole time. 1 of us checked in at 6pm, then another 2 at 11pm, then we went out for supper and came back at 2am, and then when we checked out at 6:30am, the reception always had 1 or even 3 people!
Cons:
- We booked a Family Room meant for 4 people, although there were only 3 of us. When checking in, we discovered there were only 2 bath towels, and no hand towels or floor towel. We had to request for extra towels. Management should already have prepared the room according to the number of guests, and not wait for guests to request for basic necessities.
- We put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign up, because we did not want anyone entering our room. As we stayed 2 nights only, we did not require our towels to be replaced. Despite the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, someone came into our rooms and replaced our towels, removed our hand towel and floor towel, but did not replace them. This is dangerous because the expectation is that the ”Do Not Disturb” sign is respected. We felt that was an intrusion of our privacy.
- Same point as above - if there are hand and floor towels in the room, then if they should be replaced / exchanged and not removed.
- The toilet paper rolls are half the volume of what we are used to. For a Family Room, there should be at least 2 or 3 spare, depending on the number of days people are staying there. We had to ask for a new toilet roll after just one day and night of staying there.
- The floor could be cleaner. We felt that there was a slight stickiness to the floor and preferred to use the hotel slippers the whole time.
- While the aircon was cold, changing it by one degree would mean it was either too hot or too cold! So we kept having to adjust it quite a bit as the optimal temperature kept changing.
- When we left our luggages with the reception, they did not tag them. This is dangerous because it means they rely on people's honesty to not take bags which do not belong to them. This can be better managed by putting a label on each bag stating the name of the owner.
- No microwave. We wanted to heat leftover food up but could not.
- There was KTV the whole night from Saturday night until Sunday 6AM. We could hear the beats and melody in our room. We noticed that the reception provides earplugs. We are not sure if the KTV was from someone's room or from the second floor, but it was not soft. There should be some regulations to at least cut off the KTV service by 12am.
- There was a strong cigarette smell in the toilet, and also in the corridor. For the corridor, some fragrance should be sprayed. For the toilet, it appears to be a problem with the ventilation.
- Our towels had a cigarette smell as well. Perhaps from hanging too long in the toilet which smells like cigarettes? There was also a cigarette burn / stain on one of the bath towels.

GGuest UserAmazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw:
No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was very quite， clean and comfortable. The bedding looked new and fresh.The front desk staff were friendly, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Chunxi Road. The bathroom was spotless too, with disposable slippers and toiletries provided.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.
