The room was much larger than expected, thanks to a complimentary upgrade to a standalone villa. The villa offered excellent privacy and featured a private hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsible; they proactively reached out a day before check-in to ensure everything was arranged, and even made sure our private hot spring bath was meticulously cleaned. Every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel was warm, proactive, and politely greeted us. Our dedicated guest relations manager, Xiao Man, was exceptional. She not only upgraded our room but also granted us a complimentary late check-out. When it rained during check-out, the hotel even arranged for a staff member to escort us with an umbrella to our pick-up point. Overall, an absolutely fantastic stay.

The stay experience was very good. Basically everything was available. The breakfast was very rich and the taste varied from person to person. Recently, there were more meat and fried dishes, which felt a bit greasy. The service was suggested to be improved a little bit. The restaurant lacked service. If you wanted to have breakfast, you had to book a room to buy breakfast. One morning, I wanted to have breakfast and went to the front desk to buy it separately, but they wouldn't sell it to me. I was speechless. Overall, I still recommend staying here.
