環境真挺不錯的，乾淨，房間裡頭東西齊全，出差休息很安心，周邊最好的酒店了，客房服務挺好要啥給拿啥態度挺好。大廳裝修挺高極的，前台服務也很熱情，房間很暖和。周邊吃、喝、交通都很方便，好評

房間乾淨，設施好用，服務態度非常好真正賓至如歸的感覺。酒店服務一流，真正做到顧客至上。早點豐盛，乾淨，好吃。總之，物超所值。衹要來承德的，推薦大家入住。酒店內停車位多，距離旅遊景點很近，打車既便捷又省錢。

去承德找朋友玩，住在這裏。大堂寬敞明亮，服務人員彬彬有禮。承德菜味道也不錯菜量還大，經濟實惠[比心]酒店的客房乾淨衞生。開車到雙塔山也就是十分鐘吧，還是挺方便的。去避暑山莊大概半個小時的車程。比起市裡的酒店還便宜不少。家庭出遊性價比還是挺高的。

商務出差，離承鋼很近，位置很好，辦事兒方便，設施稍微陳舊了一下，但是性價比很高，餐廳的菜品味道非常好，值得推薦

距離承鋼很近，出差辦公首選，設施雖然老舊些，還算比較齊全，但價格很便宜，我覺得最需要改進的是房間的隔音。
