Horrible property , we did not stay here for. Even 1 min , the staff was very rude , rooms were unhygenic , not a family place , we did not feel safe here even standing for 1 min

Cheating A/c ...I recently booked a room for my guest, and one of them informed me that the AC was switched off in the middle of the night. I checked all the rooms and realized that none of the AC units had displays. The display light on the indoor unit was removed, which caused a lot of confusion and frustration. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management will address this issue to ensure a better experience for future guests., Do not cheat ur guest..

I strongly recommend this hotel to stay if you love insects. Bugs and cockroaches can be seen everywhere and you never feel alone. You can also learn hindi from office boy as he doesn't know any other. Do will start reading books or have nap as tv won't work. Pols choose and enjoy your stay with insects. Didn't got opportunity to check the bath towel as i was extremely happy seeing the door mat.

Location is in prime area, closer to the airport room was decent no intercom available only one towel was kept cleanliness can be better breakfast was decent overall ok for transit

I made the booking directly through the hotel for my dad's stay. The whole purpose of paying in advance was for my dad to not be hassled with payment. When he checked out they asked him to pay again and made him wait for long. Unacceptable behaviour. Paid 2888 rupees for a single person stay for not even 12 hours. Atleast the service could have been better for this price. Terrible.
