Budget friendly, very clean .

Disappointing We went for a college tour at Binghamton and decided to stay here the night before. Big mistake. 1. The website clearly stated you had to be 18 years old to stay. When I got to the front desk, the man told me I need to be 21. He was dismissive and uninformed. This was at 1am after a 5 hour drive. We just needed to sleep. I actually needed to call my parents because we had nowhere to sleep. My parents pulled up the website and sent it to me to show him. At that point, after being so adamant that we couldn’t stay there, he gave me a room that he knew wouldn’t fit our group of students! 2. There were four of us. We booked a room with two queen size beds and paid extra for it. He gave us a room with one king size bed. My sister and Cousin had to sleep in the car! 3. At 4 AM, there was a knock at the door changing our room to what I had originally booked. By then, I had taken my sister and cousin from the car due to security concerns and had them sleeping in the king as my friend and I slept on the floor. The room was clean, but treatment was poor. We won’t stay again.

Ok over all...but Clean and quiet but too many people smoking directly at the exterior doors (3 of them) and the exterior doors didn't lock. Anyone could come in. Not very secure for a woman.

Property was well maintained and staff were courteous. Only issue bed mattress should be changed for proper comfort.

Suited our needs for the night…kinda. It wasn’t bad. The phrase “you get what you pay for” stands true for this place. The room was spacious, clean, and suited our needs for the night. We were there for the cheer comp the next day. However, the biggest downfall was the bed. The mattress was alright but the frame was metal and you couldn’t even roll without squeaking horribly. Reminded me of something that would have been in my grandparents house because it was cheap and the towels really don’t soak up water. But otherwise it was alright.
