В целом, нам понравился отель, очень чисто, номер шикарный. Правда так совпало, что куда бы мы не пришли, мы везде были одни) Единственное, что заставило нас уехать в этот же день это кухня этого отеля…Мы с мужем в тот день ели только в ресторане отеля, еда конечно вкусная, но вот после ужина мой муж почувствовал, что ему становится плохо, было состояние как перед обмороком, его тошнило ~10 раз, а у меня просто было ощущение тошноты. Звонили на ресепшен, они сказали за сегодня жалоб не поступало и ресторан принес нам чай и тортики, конечно не знаю как тортики бы помогли нам. В общем врача у них нет, только вызвать скорую могут, поэтому мы поехали домой в комфортную обстановку, тк находиться там было уже очень некомфортно..

Из отличного отеля превратился в посредственный. Сотрудники не здороваются, в душевых грязно, мокрые полотенца валяются на полу. Вместо глазуньи с беконом принесли полиэтилен с порезанной курицей. Белье стелят ветхое и драное и ведь горничная это видит (((. Сервис, чистота и питание нас очень неприятно удивили. Прибавим к этому стоимость от 12 тр, а в праздники - 12-20 т.р. и становится совсем печально. Отдыхаем там в течение 15 лет и очень гордились, что в челябинске есть отель высокого уровня сервиса. Теперь нет((( смена управления??? Или дикая экономия???

Все отлично, шикарный отель, обалденный интерьер, еда вкусная, обслуживание и сервис на уровне, территория красивая и место бесподобно, летом скорее всего вообще ляпота. Есть один минус, но из-за него не стал снижать оценку Телевизор в номере был без смарт-тв!

Периодически заезжаем семьей отдохнуть. Отличное место. Сервис на уровне. Хорошая территория. И чистота!!! В отеле тихо и атмосферно. Свадебные и праздничные фейерверки лишь иногда по ночам напрягают. Вот бы еще карту БОВИД подарили, посещали бы чаще;-)))

Отмечали свадьбу в сентябре. Вынесли абсолютно другой торт. Ну и естественно увезли его обратно. Фото приложу. Праздник испорчен. По факту естественно его из счета убрали, но ничего в качестве извинений не было. Менеджер Татьяна Тункина подвела нас, некомпетентный сотрудник совершенно.

Приехали с 3-мя детьми, на одни сутки, просто погулять и отдохнуть. Нам предоставили очень комфортабельный номер. Для детей были предусмотрены детские халаты и детские гигиенические наборы. Гуляли по берегу, сходили на пляж, везде безупречная чистота! Дети посетили игровую комнату и все, включая старшего (12 лет) остались очень довольны. В бассейне мы были долгое время почти одни, дети накупались и наигрались в воде. Очень удобно, что очки и инвентарь для игр на воде имеется в бассейне. По всюду царит порядок, вода чистая. Ужин заказали в номер, принесли все достаточно быстро. Заказали гамбургер с куриной котлетой и пельмени. Гамбургер выше всех похвал!!! котлета сочная и вкусная! А вот пельмени, почти не съели, они абсолютно не вкусные! Куча теста и почти полное отсутствие в них мяса. Итог: все очень понравилось, обязательно приедем еще, но пельмени заказывать не будем) Спасибо за отдых и гостеприимство!
