Dirty. Shower head was dirty, bed was dirty, toilet was not cleaned properly. Kitchen was ok. Self key system was very inconvenient

Potentially a good property but seriously spoiled by two things. The mattress is clearly faulty, noisy springs, lumpy and very uncomfortable. The neighbouring nightclub allowed its clients to hang out on the street, being very rowdy and obnoxious, until 3am one night, and 4am another night. Reported all this to the agent Staylets after the trip but they dismissed the complaint, clearly not interested in even looking into what was reported.

Great location
Great loaction, good ammenities. Not as clean as it should be and you could see layers of dust on top of the cupboards. Bed was on the soft side but comfortable.

Would not return to this 'smelly' flat
The property had a strong smell due to high chemical smell in the en-suite. Not sure if the extraction fan in the en-suite worked as did not seem to reduce this smell.
This resulted in having to have the window open on a very lively busy street in centre of Cheltenham - which was really noisy. Thus, we both suffered poor sleep

The perfect stay
A perfect stay really nice apartment with cooking facilities , washing machine iron etc. Also right in the heart of town with paid parking 5 mins walk away.

Awful mattresses.
The general facilities were good, but overshadowed by the awful mattresses that allowed us only a few hours of broken sleep when the springs poked you on an unsupportive mattress through the night.
On the Saturday after the first night when complaining I was told there was nothing that could be done before Monday which was our checkout day.
It was a very black mark on an otherwise decent room, but being able to sleep is really important as it did affect everything we had planned as we're so tired all weekend.
