The overall experience of this hotel is very good, and the process from check-in to check-out is very smooth. The service staff is friendly and polite, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The location is convenient and the surrounding living functions are also very convenient. The overall accommodation environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is a pleasant accommodation experience and I will visit again if I have the chance in the future.

A wonderful stay in this idyllic setting and delightful hotel, which is beautifully designed. We were looked after so well for my birthday treat. Helen and Team Cowley couldn't have looked after us better. The rooms are very stylish and well equipped, the pool and spa stunning and the evening meal in the restaurant was most memorable. Visited on 12/7. Beautiful grounds although need a bit of tlc. Food is eclectic. Service is good, but of an issue with payment systems!

Absolutely perfection from start to finish. Lovely building in the most stunning location On arrival i had the 2 course lunch which was very good . The service, the food was amazing. I then made my way to the spa which was a short walk from the main building. Very pleasant staff , had massage booked for 3 , got given my dressing gown , flip flops and towel , the changing rooms are on the small size, the indoor and outdoor pools were a delight, theres an outside bar also , i only had a few hours there till my treatment by malia i think her name was , the best massage and the most professional i was truly looked after . I recommend to anyone wanting a luxury spa visit, its not that big but thd location and feel to this place is highly recommended. Thankyou

My partner and I recently returned from 2 nights at Cowley Manor. This is the third time we have stayed and we were not disappointed. We were in Room 31 which is at the top of the old house. It was huge and dual aspect with nice views over the church and front of the house. The room was smart and very well appointed. King size bed, sofa, chairs flat screen TV, hair dryer, fridge, safe, coffee and tea facilities and mini bar. Very large bathroom with bath, his and hers sinks, heated towel rail and shower. Food was excellent we had Sunday lunch and afternoon tea the following day. Archie took very good care of us and was very attentive. Breakfast again very good. Very nice buffet selection and nice hot options. Russell and Lucy were very nice and helpful. Swimming pool now opens slightly later at 0730. Highly recommended again. Staff throughout the hotel and spa were always so friendly and helpful.
