We stopped off for lunch at Cowley Manor whilst spending some time in the Cotswolds. On arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming and directed us to the restaurant. The decor is beautiful with lovely views out to the gardens. The restaurant staff were attentive, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. We had Smoked Honey & Potato Brioche and Old Spot Pork Croquette for starters, followed by Fresh Tagliolini, Cornish Crab with Pickled Chilli and the Cowley Burger. All of the dishes were delicious and well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and will definitely be back !

As someone who simply does not leave reviews I felt I must following a recent stay at Cowley. A fantastic all round experience arriving on a Sunday and leaving on the Monday. So, only one evening away but it felt like multiple nights with the exceptional Sunday Roast and great restaurant / service, the fun in the games room (pool, darts, chess) and the fantastic SPA and grounds. Nothing was a problem so I am unsure why some people seem to have issues with the hotel as we experienced nothing but high quality across all the usual measures. Yes, the hotel has features that are lacking such a lights outside on balconies, etc but this is what one should expect when staying in such an old GRADE 2 Listed Building. This is not the hotels fault but in fact the adherence to running a listed building. Anyway fully relaxing, chilled, great drinks and definitely at the top end of the market. I always feel if someone leaves a review it should include your profile type as not every place is for everyone but hope it can help - we are a married couple with two young children and was visiting (as a two) for the evening as a opportune break away. We have stayed / dine at Limewood, Heckfield and The Pig. If you do also you will like this place and whilst there are somethings better in all places when taken in comparison - for us Cowley holds its own.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at Cowley Manor. Matt from the event management team was outstanding and the entirety Cowley team was very friendly and happy to help. The grounds are beautiful and sitting on the terrace when the sun came out was a real treat. They did a great job catering for a large group and took great care around dietary requirements. We loved the food (the croissants are extra special).

Just spent 2 nights here, for my 60th birthday celebration, our first visit since the refurbishment and new ownership. First impressions were very good with excellent service on check in. Dinner was disappointing as the cote de boeuf was very fatty and not great quality. The waitress did take it off our bill when we pointed out. Breakfast was average as service was poor, had to ask twice for missing toast on both mornings. Service in the bar was outstanding on both nights. Our treehouse room was very average, given the price, and not much changed since refurb. Overall we won’t hurry back as it was very “average” as an experience, and we feel there is better quality elsewhere for this kind of price!

What a lovely dinner we had last night visited 28th sept. There was as 6 of us we all had an amazing time food was incredible definitely recommend. Are amazing waiter called Molly was not only 5 stars she was 10 stars. Tom was great as well serving are wine to us. The bar was incredible as well serving us some amazing cocktails. Shout out to Simon for the whisky knowledge. We will be back. Thankyou
