Apartment 3….Booked for 1 night for a family of 5, We arrived to a full bin of rubbish in the kitchen , kitchen sink still had dirty glass in it, dirty bedding, lights not working, dirty towels, bathroom bins full of rubbish. Couldn’t get hold of the host, Absolutely shocking for £162 a night!!. Returned keys and Ended up paying for rooms at nearby Premier Inn. Have contacted host about compensation but no reply! Steer clear of apartment 3!

Such a lovely and spacious apartment with full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine right in the Centre of Cheltenham with the shops and restaurants literally a minutes walk away. Secure parking was also available at a really good price.

We booked these apartments via ***********. They contacted us direct to try and get us to cancel via *********** and pay them direct. As they advised they were going bust but would be starting up under a new name! We didn’t they subsequently cancelled our booking via *********** and refused to refund us the 1500 pounds we had paid to date! The company name is bliss apartments but they will no doubt start up under a new guise!! Avoid to save you the same pain we went through.
