一家人要到Cheltenham 處理事務所以下榻此酒店。酒店規模雖不大，早餐不錯，附近環境清幽，距離regent street 大概10分鐘車程，且走路距離有頗多食肆，走不到5分鐘就有大超市lidl。我們到訪期間正值熱浪，房間西斜沒有冷氣，室內比室外還熱，酒店提供的風扇雖然可以轉動，但是吹出來的風沒有什麼降溫效果。

因為客人距離酒店行路12分鐘，所以選擇了這一間。之前在英國其他城市都住過， OK。這是第一次入住Cheltenham 這一間，整體OK，唯一就是廁所抽氣扇會發聲、厠所洗手盤開水洗手之後，水流入管道後發出聲音，有點恐怖。
交通確實不方便的，只有Cheltenham 市中心有C號巴士可以到酒店 。買嘢方便，對面有大型outlet，WareHouse supermarket。
餐廳牛扒不錯，不過細分咗啲，港幣195 ， 10安士。
我call了Uber/Freehoe兩次都unavailable。最後折返酒店call的士，好方便，問咗當地的士司機，說 Cheltenham 已經沒有Uber Support。

Utterly miserable experience. The room was unbearably hot all night. The window only opened a crack (by design) and a noisy but ineffective fan was provided. I didn’t sleep at all and was feeling really unwell due to the heat. In the early hours I decided to eat a chocolate bar to relieve the misery, it was so hot the chocolate had partially melted. And this wasn’t even a particularly hot summer’s day. I’d have honestly got more rest if I’d slept rough.

£200 for the night due perhaps due to temporary local high demand. Grubby seemingly uncared for exterior, black mold on window frames, dust on skirting boards, no water glasses, insufficient towels for number of guests, weak aircon. Overall, gives a poor impression, no longer Premier in any sense of the word. Staff friendly and helpful, bed good. Good access to major roads.

We were booked to stay 2 nights - but after 1 night we felt we could not stay another night - so we checked out the following day. The room was too hot - and even though they gave us a small fan which we had on all night - and kept the bedroom window as far open as possible all night - the room temperature never fell below 28.5 degrees!! We had little sleep at all. The rooms have no air conditioning. Even the corridor outside the room was really warm!! Next morning at breakfast we spoke to another guest who had the same experience as us - so it was not just our room. On top of this -when we went to reception to check out early and complained why we were leaving early - they man on reception actively encouraged us to write a bad review - because in his words - he had already spoken to a number of other guests that day who had all complained to him that their rooms were too hot!!!! His thinking was that if he got every one to write bad reviews - then maybe Premier Inn would do something about it!!! So even Premier Inn's own staff know there are issues with this place!!

Great welcome upon arrival with very friendly and efficient reception staff ensuring check in was very simple. Our room was great, clean throughout, very comfy bed, and a great shower and bath. Breakfast was excellent with a good menu to choose from, tasted delicious and our waitress, Annabelle, was so friendly and helpful and had a smile on her face for every guest coming into the restaurant, despite being very, very busy. Well done Annabelle and thank you.

Standard accommodation as expected, friendly and helpful staff, ample parking The restaurant though is a joke!, very, very, very limited food menu, limited drinks menu We ordered Fish & Chips, it came out burnt and tasteless, we were the only people in the restaurant at the time so it wasn't because it was busy, first time in a Premier Inns restaurant that was empty for our 4 day stay IF you go here DONT eat in! When we arrived here they told us the bar didnt open till 5:30 pm and suggested we pop over to Sainsburys to get food and drink to eat outside We now know what they meant
