Room is definitely smaller than advertised. Mould on bathroom ceiling and around windows. Standard breakfast (no fried eggs). Had some issues combining two bookings.

The hotel is located in the center of Gloucester, next to a large supermarket and a central building for eating, drinking and entertainment. The facilities are barrier-free and suitable for the elderly. It is a little old. Many local elderly people come to eat, drink and chat. The waiters are especially good to the elderly. The older sister who was traveling with me felt that the hotel was just average when she first arrived, but she didn't want to leave after staying for three days. The breakfast was also rich, English breakfast, and they also thoughtfully prepared a packing bag, allowing you to take some food back to the room. Parking is in the public parking lot next to the hotel. The overnight fee is 11.5 pounds, which is a bit expensive, but cheaper than London. The hotel service was good and the staff members were helpful! But somehow my booking via Trip.com changed to ticket.com for an unknowns reason that led to double charge of my booking. In the end, the staff members helped sorting out the issue.

Nice location in centre of town, parking at NCP is expensive. Rooms are good but some are right next to the road and noisy. I requested a quiet room but was given one right above a corner road junction and traffic lights. They were unable to relocate us unfortunately
