Location is good, beautiful building, room is nice, bed is comfortable! However, the meals were really so so. For such a price, I would expect of a higher quality in overall. We had dinner and breakfast there, the dinner was better, but breakfast not worth a try.

When I arrived, I found that it was a boutique hotel under the brand, which was very unique. The restaurant downstairs was very good and dinner was recommended.

An old, beautiful and decent hotel. The door of the hotel is very small, but it does not affect the temperament of the hotel. The bathroom door is very old, but the water pipes and shower equipment are very good. The automatic heating of the towel hanger is very user-friendly. History is shown everywhere. The location is super good and it is convenient to go everywhere. Cheltenham is a beautiful place. I don't regret choosing the Queen's Hotel.

Sending kids to summer camp. Booked two nights in the Ambassador Suite. The hotel is definitely old. The suite is nice. Although it is old, it is well maintained. There is also a bathtub. The service is just so-so. It is only a four-star hotel. You have to carry your own luggage. The breakfast is OK.

The location is very good, there is a big lawn in front of the door, there are two parks around it, it is very convenient to walk to the high street, and the chain French restaurant cute is also nearby. The hotel is in a classic style, a bit old, but acceptable.

The hotel is located in the center of the beautiful and quiet town of Chucktonham. It is only a 5-minute walk from Royalwell, the bus station 801 in Bourton-on-the-Water, but as a 4-star hotel, there is no porter to send luggage. Although the front desk staff are enthusiastic, they are less manned. Only one person checked in in the afternoon.

Extra bed is available for children, the room is large and very comfortable! Breakfast costs 17 pounds, but the a la carte dishes are definitely worth the price! The service is very good and it is walking distance to CLC and CC.

Facing Cheltenham's landmark park, international square, which is decorated with colorful flowers, it has a majestic exterior, a luxurious interior with thick carpets, and plenty of tea, drip coffee, and other amenities.
