Absolutely fabulous serviced studio. Very clean , comfortable and high end furnishings and the cutest little Smeg fridge. Decor is very chic The location isperfect to access the town and other attractions. I will definitely use by Mansley in the future. It's a little bit of luxury for an affordable cost..

Not a great stay honestly I expect more for the price point. At least minimum would be for the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned, not bins with rubbish in on arrival and general dusting not done. I think for the Best room they have to offer it was a disappointment.

Luxurious, trendy room in a lovely old building in the heart of Cheltenham. Private outdoor parking at extra cost is a short walk away. Our room had quality furnishings, air conditioning & huge tv on the wall. There was a well stocked refreshments area, with a pod-style coffee machine & a Smeg fridge which had bottled water & milk. Crockery & cutlery provided along with an assortment of tea bags etc. The ensuite shower room was beautiful, with lovely shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided along with white fluffy towels. The customer service on the phone was excellent & we would not hesitate to use these rooms again. We noticed there was a cafe for breakfast by the hotel which we didn’t use, but you get 10% off there with a voucher provided in the entrance hall. Nice experience.

Excellent location, easy to access both front & room doors. Room & amenities excellent. Bit of a glitch beforehand with completing online check-in with the byMansley app, but quickly overcome. Enjoyed my stay.

Boutique accomodation close to all the Cheltenham has to offer. Checking in is simple and staff, particularly Roy, are both professional and friendly. Muse restaurant, close by, serves delicious food.

the superior room (serviced apartment) is superb. I rarely stayed in anything like it. I liked the surfaces, the ample bathroom and the really high ceilings. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something nice in central Cheltenham.

Really lovely stay, clean and beautifully kept. Air-con was great and room is quiet, no road noise. The staff were beyond helpful. I’d definitely go back.
